Weekly Meal Plan {Week 52}

Happy weekend and happy meal planning time! We hope you are ready for another delicious week because every night is looking like a winner this week! Enjoy!
Monday (1/25): Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Chili– Let your slow cooker make you a healthy dinner tonight! Serve our Easy Cornbread on the side.
Tuesday (1/26): Mozzarella Pesto Stuffed Chicken Breasts– Our boys love the cheesy surprise inside! Serve a Roasted Red Onion and Pear Salad on the side.
Wednesday (1/27): 4-Ingredient Ravioli Lasagna– You only need 4 ingredients to make this delicious lasagna. Serve Basil Butter Garlic Bread on the side.
Thursday (1/28): Eat leftover lasagna for dinner! Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Chocolate Chip Granola Bars for snacking on!
Friday (1/29): Avocado Pita Pizza with Cilantro Sauce– This easy pita pizza is perfect for Friday night!
Saturday (1/30): Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce– These light and fluffy pancakes are heavenly! Eat leftovers or go out for dinner!
Sunday (1/31): Stacked Roasted Vegetable Enchiladas– We love these easy enchiladas! They are stacked so you don’t have to worry about rolling! Serve Mango Guacamole on the side and enjoy Glazed Lemon Cookies for dessert.
