Chocolate Sugar Cookie Hearts-chocolate sugar cookies cut into hearts and decorated with frosting and sprinkles for Valentine’s Day!
Are you doing anything special to celebrate Valentine’s Day this weekend? We are going to avoid the restaurant scene and make delicious food at home. My favorite way to celebrate any holiday!
Our day will include Heart Pancakes for breakfast and lots of chocolate. I promised the boys we would make Chocolate Sugar Cookie Hearts.
The boys love helping me in the kitchen, especially when chocolate and sprinkles are involved. I love making these chocolate sugar cookie hearts with the boys because they are super easy! You don’t have to roll out the sugar cookie dough, you bake the cookies in a pan and then cut them into hearts with a cookie cutter after they come out of the oven!
Decorate the hearts with pretty pink frosting, sprinkles, and deliver to your loved ones! The perfect treat for Valentine’s Day!

How adorable are these?!
These are perfect for V-Day!
Oh my gosh these are adorable!
Adorable!!!!
Looks yummy!!!
Chocolate sugar cookies, these sound amazing.
I made these with my 5-year-old granddaughter. We found them quite labor intensive–the batter is dense and spreading it thinly in the 9×13 pan was a bit of a struggle. Also, it takes some muscle to use the cookie cutter on the baked brownie–not as easy as with unbaked dough. But they are adorable. And delicious.
